Alice is a Blutbad and Monroe's mother. She first appeared in "The Wild Hunt".

"El Cucuy"
She calls Monroe at home and the phone is answered by Rosalee. When Rosalee calls Monroe to the phone, Monroe tells her that Rosalee is his girlfriend. He does not inform her that Rosalee is a Fuchsbau.
"The Wild Hunt"
Monroe calls Alice and his dad, Bart to announce his engagement. Later that day she calls Monroe and tells him they are flying out to Portland the next day.
She and Bart show up earlier than expected the next day. Though delighted to see their son, they become upset when they realize Rosalee is a Fuchsbau. Both insist that marriages between different species of Wesen never work. While Bart is more vocal, Alice tries to calmly persuade Monroe, who does not budge.
After Nick arrives and Bart woges to attack, she woges in support.
"Revelation"
She and Bart are restrained by Monroe after realizing Nick was a Grimm. Although Nick apologizes for punching Bart, Monroe's explanation doesn't go well, and Alice and Bart storm out of the house after delivering some scathing words.
The next morning, Monroe calls his parents to set up a meeting, so Alice tells him the hotel they are staying at. When Monroe arrives, their debate soon grows heated, as Monroe and Bart both nearly woge. Alice attempts to intervene, but Monroe leaves, saddened and angry about his parents living in the past.
Later in the day, Bart and Alice have their things packed and are getting ready to head back home, but Alice tells Bart she can't leave yet because she doesn't want to lose her son. Bart tells her she can do what she wants, but he is still leaving.
Alice goes to the spice shop to talk to Rosalee. She tells Rosalee she doesn't want to lose Monroe and she and Monroe have to decide for themselves what is right. Alice asks her if she'd be open to the Vertrautheiten. Rosalee asks if she thinks that would actually work and Alice says it couldn't hurt. They both woge and complete the Vertrautheiten.
Rosalee, Monroe, his parents, Nick, and Juliette all have dinner at Monroe's house. Everyone is sitting silently as they eat until Juliette brings up Monroe and Rosalee's wedding, causing Bart to woge and then the other three Wesen to follow. Nick tells everyone to calm down, so they all retract.
"Blond Ambition"
At the Zimmer Mountain Lodge, Alice, along with Bart, Gloria, Hank, and Bud watch Monroe and Rosalee's wedding rehearsal from their seats. At the end of the rehearsal, Judge Mason asks Nick if he is going to be wearing his sunglasses during the wedding as well, which causes everyone in the room to all speak at once trying to make various excuses why Nick must wear his sunglasses.
Later, everyone from the wedding rehearsal is having a rehearsal dinner. Bart makes a toast where he apologizes to Monroe, Rosalee, and Nick for the way he acted when he first met Rosalee and Nick. He then thanks Alice for not leaving when he really wanted to go.
After dinner, Monroe, Rosalee, Bart, Alice, Gloria, and DeEtta all arrive at Monroe and Rosalee's home. Rosalee asks everyone if they want anything else before they go to bed and everyone says no thanks except DeEtta who mentions she'd take more wine. Rosalee takes DeEtta to the kitchen for wine while everyone else heads to bed.
In the middle of the night there is a crash, causing everyone to get out of bed. They all enter the living room to find a very drunk DeEtta in Rosalee's wedding dress. The dress has red wine stains all over it and DeEtta drunkenly tells Rosalee she won't let her get married in the dress because she has had two failed marriages after getting married in the dress and that it is bad luck, before she passes out on the floor.
The next morning, Rosalee, Gloria, Bart, and Alice go to a bridal shop to find a new dress. The shop is not open yet, but a saleswoman is inside and after some persuading, she lets everyone in so Rosalee can get a dress, which Bart and Alice tell Rosalee they will pay for.
Alice is among the guests who watch as Monroe and Rosalee get married. Soon after their first kiss as a married couple, Trubel comes running in with the antidote for Nick and all the Wesen at the wedding start freaking out. As Nick, Hank, Juliette, Monroe, and Rosalee get Trubel away from the crowd, Bart, Alice, and Gloria block the door and tell everyone to calm down.
