She was the lead physician at the Folter Clinic, a source of free medical care in Portland, Oregon. While investigating the death of Steven Bamford, Nick and Hank questioned her about his medical history.
Levine ordered the abduction of Gracie and Hanson after Gracie told her that they had been befriended by Nick, who was investigating the death of Steven Bamford. Hank Griffin and Nick interrupted the harvesting session at a rural location just in time to save Gracie's life. After a shootout, Nick pursued Levine outside where she woged into her Geier form and attacked him. In the ensuing scuffle, she slipped and fell into a fire pit used by her gang to dispose of human remains.
