Gabriel Salvador is an American actor from the Bronx.

Salvador attended DeWitt Clinton High School where he played football and from there went on to study at Cornell University. He also spent some time in Sweden, where he was able to study at The Swedish Film Institute. He is fluent in Spanish and Swedish, and has an understanding of French and Hebrew. By his junior year at Cornell, Salvador knew that he wanted to be an actor so he began studying with the great acting teacher Sondra Lee, who is a mentor, a friend and whom he credits to lighting up his imagination and creativity. Under Sondra's tutelage, Salvador began to learn the great classics like Shakespeare, Chekov, and Tennessee Williams and performed such roles as Marc Antony, Othello, and Stanley Kowalski (Streetcar Named Desire) in Off Broadway Theatre productions. After 8 years working with Sondra and doing theatre in New York, he was given the opportunity to do an Independent film called All Night Bodega, to which the film won many awards and became his ticket to Hollywood. Since being in Hollywood, He has been seen on many award winning shows such as Dexter, ER, CSI, and NCIS LA.

He is a part time actor and part time waiter. He introduced Leslie Moonves to Manny Pacquiao's father, setting the wheels in motion for the fight between Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather, Jr.[1] which was billed as "The Fight of the Century" or the "Battle for Greatness."
