Gallenblase (literally German for gallbladder) is a substance made out of human gallbladders. They are dried and crushed, for the use by Wesen as aphrodisiacs.

The organs for this are usually supplied through the help of the Geier Organ market. Freddy Calvert was one such Wesen to sell this substance, which he did from his spice shop along with other 'questionable' items such as Jay.
