Nick and Juliette's Home is the residence of Nick Burkhardt and Juliette Silverton. Ownership of the home is not clear, as Juliette offered to move out ("The Good Shepherd"), and Nick did move out ("Season of the Hexenbiest"). Also Nick is shown moving in with Juliette. ("Volcanalis") It is possible that the home is jointly owned as Juliette says to Nick it is his home also. ("Goodnight, Sweet Grimm")
- Simple, appearances that did not advance the story line are not explained.
Some of the house was damaged after Oleg Stark attacked Nick.
Nick's home is photographed by a woman.
The house is egged by two Eisbiber children
Juliette is kidnapped by Ariel Eberhart, who then attemps to lure Nick into bed.
Monroe is invited to dinner with Nick and Juliette. The dinner conversation is interesting.
Season 2 Edit
It is revealed that Kelly didn't kill Kimura, but incapacitated him, knocking him out. The police arrive to the scene, and apprehend Kimura. Renard notices that Nick had been fighting Kimura using a dart.
Juliette returns home and Nick starts sleeping on the couch.
Juilette is becoming embarrassed at her failure to remember Nick and offers to move out.
Nick moves out, to stay with Monroe
Juliette and Renard are making out, which quickly changes to fighting and Juliette shoots at Renard after taking his gun. She misses, and the bullets hit the wall.
The police, including Nick and Wu, arrive after Renard has left, and question Juliette.
Juliette sees the front room has become a pit and the stairs look endless. Juliette then drops her phone into the pit. Later she hears her phone ringing and advances towards the sound, and as she does, the floor reforms beneath her feet.
Juilette invites Monroe and Rosalee over and sees a vision of Nick which she describes. Monroe blurts out a reference to the trailer.
Juliette starts seeing ghost-like figures all over the house. She invites Rosalee over, but Rosalee is unable to see the figures. One figure sharpens and Juliette can see that it is Nick.
Juliette sees so many images of Nick that they overwhelm her.

Juliette returns and does what Pilar instructed and sinks into the memory of Nick carrying some boxes into the house from when he was moving in. She returns to normal when she opens the refrigerator.
Juliette finds a photograph of her and Nick kissing, and remembers the whole event, including that this was the first time that Nick told her that he loved her.
Juiliette is washing her hands when she remembers Nick trying to tell her about Adalind. ("Woman in Black")
Nick comes over for dinner, Juiliette tries to apologise for her behaviour over the last few weeks, but Nick is entirely distracted by the influence of Khloe Sedgwick. Nick leaves without eating; Juiliette then calls Monroe.
Nick and Juliette are talking outside and Juilette suggests that they try dinner again.
Nick arrives that night with flowers and they enter.
Nick and Juliette are talking and Juliette tells Nick that he doesn't have to knock as it is his home aswell. Then they start making out. Next morning they are having a friendly hang out session when Nick is called in to work.
When Nick returns that evening he tells her all about his day, including the wesen parts. When Monroe calls about Al she insists on accompanying him to the spice shop.
