Lieutenant Orson was an arson investigator in Portland, Oregon. He was also a Bauerschwein, a race that, according to Orson, was on the same side as the Grimms. After Orson's two brothers were killed, probably by Angelina, he targeted and killed Rolf and Hap, Angelina's brothers with home explosions designed to look like accidents. He succeeded with Rolf but failed with Hap. He later killed Hap with a pistol. He survived an attack by Angelina because Nick Burkhardt intervened. He is likely now charged with the murders of Hap and Rolf.
