Schneetmacher (SHNAYT-maakh-ər; Grimm: SHNEET-maak-ər; Germ. prob. from Schnee "snow" and schneien "to snow" + Macher "doer"; sing. = pl. or Germ. prob. from Schnitt "cut" and Macher "doer"; sing. = pl.) is a term used to describe a generally evil Wesen. The term was first used on the NBC website and was used several weeks later by Monroe in "Tarantella".
The official Grimm website lists the translation of the name from German as "cold-hearted"
From "Tarentella" Monroe: We're not savages, you know.
Monroe: Except for Schneetmachen.
From "The Kiss"
Nick: And I don't want you getting involved.
Kelly: That's very thoughtful, but the police are the least of my worries.
Unless one's a Schneetmacher
