Shaun Brown is an American actor born on March Air Force Base in Riverside, California. Growing up, he wanted to be a heart surgeon, but when he was cast in his first musical, West Side Story, he instantly fell in love with acting and continued exploring this new love with many high school musical productions. He honed his acting craft at the acclaimed Joanna Beckson studios in New York City. Soon after taking classes, he made his television debut as a guest star in the sci-fi series Bar Karma where he played a lost teenage soldier, named Irving. The series starred veteran actor William Sanderson.

Mainly a musical theater actor, Shaun later landed a national Office Depot commercial and a lead role in an independent film that showcased his hip-hop dancing and singing ability, as well as his acting. Shaun then moved to Los Angeles later that year to pursue acting in TV/Film and soon booked a Super Bowl commercial for Samsung.

Soon after his commercial aired, Shaun performed in a Los Angeles showcase where another actor recognized Shaun's comedic and dramatic ability and referred him to the management company Principato-Young Entertainment. That month, Shaun tested for his first pilot, the unaired CBS sitcom Friend Me, and has since guest starred in various television shows.
