Trasque
311-Trasque

A Trasque is a Wesen first seen in the Grimm Diaries in "The Good Soldier".

Appearances

"The Good Soldier"

Characteristics

When woged, a Trasque has pale white skin and a ridge of scales, starting at the back of its head, runs down the length of its back. The face becomes a small, pointed snout with a mouth full of sharpened teeth. They have claws and elongated ears, but the most striking aspect of their anatomy is their tail. The tail of a Trasque can be used similarly to that of a Manticore, but it is smaller and presumably not as dangerous. The tail has a an arrow-shaped barb on the end that can be used to inject a poison that is dangerous and possibly deadly. The Trasque and the Manticore are the only two Wesen seen so far to have tails.

Behavior

The Trasque is an unusual Wesen of small stature and solitary temperament. They are presumably not extremely aggressive, but their tail can be used as a dangerous weapon. They are known to be attracted to the singing of maidens and this is likely an easy way to capture them.
