The Wesen Wars occurred in the year 1285. Kelly Burkhardt mentioned them in passing while explaining the seven keys to Nick Burkhardt. She did not specifically identify the belligerents. It was during the Wesen Wars of 1285 that the original Grimm Diary was destroyed except for one page, which was secreted in Marie's Trailer.
